Cooked and grilled to perfection. ALL STEAKS ARE COOKED TO: RAW standards so that you can finish to your exact liking. We vacuum-seal and freeze to hold in the delicious, juicy texture and flavors.
All online orders are shipped Overnight or 2-day in an insulated cooler package or box and/or dry ice at (-109.3°F) depending on the season and transit temperatures.
Once they arrive on your doorstep, freeze in storage or for the freshest taste, reheat your meats according to our instructions.
